I’m so excited to finally announce a project I’ve been thinking about for awhile now - #MindfulMayKids.
Join me with the help of Ms. Melissa of @gokonjo and Ms. Ellie of @bloomyoga4kids (you can find them both on Instagram!) as we bring you free mindfulness activities every day of the week for the rest of the month!
In times where we have to be apart, we can still practice together!

On May 31st, connect with us for a Zoom class celebrating the end of this mindful month. This class will be co-taught by myself, Ms. Ellie and Ms. Melissa and will have some special surprises!
